There were leftover shrimps inside the ref and nobody at home showed interests in a cold shrimp....except me! Harhar! I lurrrrve shrimps!!! I just have to give these shrimpies a makeover! Butter and garlic is always available why not use them, add in some chillies and the ingredients for Gambas (Pinoy Style) is ready! Wohoo! A simple yet yummy makeover, not to mention quick, since the shrimps were already cooked, all I need to to do is heat them. Paired with Java rice and some greenies available, I got myself a yummy and a bit of a healthy food! Enjoy!

O Christmas Tree! O Christmas Tree!
O Christmas Tree! O Christmas Tree!
Thy leaves are so unchanging!
O Christmas Tree! O Christmas Tree!
Much please thou can'st give me!
O Christmas Tree! O Christmas Tree!
Thy candles shine so brightly!
O Christmas Tree! O Christmas Tree!
How richly God has decked thee!

KUNG PAO Pasta in a jiffy!
Kungpao Pasta chopseuy, quail eggs and some fruits.
In one of Dr.E's duty night, he ordered a home made pasta from one of the employees. He liked it so much and kept on asking me to make one. Its a version of the Charlie Chan Pasta from Yellowcab, which is basically the Kung Pao Chicken with a pasta. I have never tried cooking it, though I know its very simple. And to make it more simple, I saw a ready made pasta sauce at the grocery! Yey!
Clara Ole Kung Pao Pasta Sauce!
Just saute other ingredients, such as the garlic, mushroom, chicken or shrimp in olive oil, then pour the sauce! Add the cooked pasta, peanuts and some spring onions for color....voila! You have yourself your own Kung Pao Pasta! Now who says cooking is difficult?
Of course, there's the long way... but for people like me who wants everything done in a jiffy, this is the way to go!
